Sit back, relax, and take advantage of these easy-to-use recording features of your DVR.

Record two shows at once, or record a show while watching another channel.

To record the show you are watching and then tune to another show to watch or record, follow these steps:

1. Tune to the show you want to record.
2. Press the REC key on your remote control.
3. Press the up or down arrow key to highlight the Record this show option.
4. Press the SELECT key on your remote. This begins recording the show to the DVR.
5. Tune to the other channel you want to watch. If you also want to record this other channel, repeat steps 2 through 4 above and you will be recording two programs at the same time.

Record the show you're watching

1. Press the REC key on your remote control
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key on your remote to highlight the Record this show option displayed on your TV
3. Press the SELECT key on your remote

Save the show until manually erased

IMPORTANT: The DVR will automatically erase saved programs as space is needed for new recordings. However, you can override this feature by following these three steps:

1. Press the LIST key on your remote control
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key to highlight your recorded show
3. Press the SELECT key and select the Save until manually erased option
   

View the show you've recorded

1. Press the LIST key on your remote control
2. Press the Up or Down arrow key to highlight your recorded show
3. Press the PLAY key on your remote control
