To change your voice mail PIN, complete the following steps.

1. Log in to the Phone Tools homepage.
2. Click the Message Center link.
3. Click the Voice Mail PIN link located in the lower right corner of the webpage.
4. Enter a new PIN number in the two boxes provided and click Submit.

Note:

The PIN number must be at least 4, but no longer than 7 digits in length. No letters or special characters may be used.

The PIN number cannot be the mailbox number.

The PIN number cannot be repeating patterns or digit sequence.

 

All steps are complete.
