Note: You must have Cox High Speed Internet service to use the Phone Tools webpage. This allows us to verify your login and provide you with secured, password-protected access to your Digital Telephone services.
Follow these steps to log in to the Phone Tools webpage.
- Go to the Cox.net homepage (www.cox.net) and click the Phone Tools link located under the MY ACCOUNT section of the screen.
Result: the Login page displays.
- Enter your primary username and password in the Login box.
- Click the Login button.
Result: The Phone Tools homepage displays.
All steps complete.

TERMS and DEFINITIONS
Username: All characters preceding the "@cox.net" string is your username. For example, if your Cox High Speed Internet email address is johndoe@cox.net, then johndoe is your username.
Password: This is the password you enter to open the email associated with your Cox High Speed Internet email address.
Primary username and password (also called primary login): If you have several Cox email addresses and logins under one account, then the primary login is the very first and still active login you created when you signed up for Cox High Speed Internet service.
